New York Mahi Mahi
This Colorful Bull Dolphin or Mahi Mahi, was caught closer to New York City, than you might imagine! During the late Summer and early Fall, Pelagic Species like Mahi, Tuna, Sharks, False Albacore, Skippys, Cobia, Triggerfish, and others, come inshore, searching for the bait flushing in and out of the bays. These fish have finicky diets, but if you “match the hatch”, the results can be spectacular! So, if you have a boat, but not the gear, visit my Pages, and contact The Fishing Sherpa!
